Sculptures and Mosaics
Here are just a few examples of the artist’s works of art:

Holly Gittlein Metal Sculpture

Holly Gittlein, metal sculpturist, is the daughter of a machinist and the niece of an ironworker in Colorado.  She grew up around metal and a variety of metal working equipment as nearly everyone in her family works with metal in some manner. A love of wild and free things combined with an addiction to fish led her to a degree in biology from University of Colorado at Boulder.  As a fish biologist, Holly has worked in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska.  She hopes that her work will portray a love and respect for all things wild and free while delivering a message of environmental ethics and responsibility.

Larry Mostella Metal Sculpture

Larry Mostella was born in the small town of Ryderwood, Washington in 1941. He and his family moved to Westfir, Oregon where he was raised in an outdoor environment. Larry married Barbara in November of 1962 with whom he shares his love of nature. He entered trade school where he studied welding. Larry has worked with the welding trade for over 30 years. This experience and his fondness and association with the outdoors converges in his metal sculpture. He started working with metal artwork and in time his interest grew to where he devotes all of his spare time creating a variety of wildlife and outdoor scenes. Critters and Things, metal sculptures, have been shown at various galleries and art shows in Oregon, Idaho, Montana and at Town Square Art Gallery in Wasilla, Alaska.
